Private Alpine Season Management

The season,
arranged before
you land.

We take one winter at a time and hold every part of it. The chalet, the guide, the instructor, the table at altitude, the staff, the transfer. Families return to the same weeks each year. The mountain is ready when they arrive.

Territories

Seven mountains we hold outright.

We do not sell every resort. We work where we keep staff, chalets and guides on retainer through the winter, and where the office can reach a client inside the hour.

Index of services

Seven headings. One file.

Nothing here is arranged separately. One manager holds the whole season and every heading below runs through them.

01

Chalets

Portfolio of 41

  • Ski-in properties held on exclusivity, not scraped from a listings feed.
  • Inspected each October. Boiler, generator, ski room, avalanche kit.
  • Same chalet, same weeks, held year on year for returning families.
02

Mountain

IFMGA guides · Heli

  • IFMGA guides briefed on your party's level before the first morning.
  • Heli-ski days from Gressoney, Zermatt and the Valais, weather permitting.
  • Ski touring, glacier days, and the honest answer when it should not be skied.
03

Instruction

Private, 1:1 to 1:4

  • The same instructor each winter, so nobody starts from the beginning again.
  • Children's mornings shaped around the first lift and a warm room at 12:30.
  • Race coaching and off-piste progression for teenagers who want it.
04

The table

Altitude & village

  • Mountain restaurant tables at the hour you actually reach them.
  • Private chefs in chalet, from a family Tuesday to a service for twenty.
  • Cellar built to the house before arrival, not carried up mid-week.
05

Equipment

Fitted in chalet

  • Boot fitting brought to the ski room, not queued for in the village.
  • Skis matched to the week's snow and swapped when it changes.
  • Transceiver, shovel and probe checked and signed off for every party.
06

Household

Seasonal staff

  • Chefs, hosts, drivers and nannies placed for the season, referenced and vetted.
  • Staff who return, so the house runs the way your family already runs it.
  • Payroll, permits and Swiss and French employment handled by the office.
07

Movement

Air & ground

  • Geneva, Sion, Chambéry and the Courchevel altiport, slots requested in advance.
  • Helicopter link when the road is closed or the pass is slow.
  • Ground in winter tyres and chains, with a driver who has done the road in the dark.

How a season works

A winter is planned
in the spring.

01March — May

The next winter is set

We confirm your weeks for the following season while you are still on this one. Chalet, dates, party size. Held from that point.

02September

The file is built

Guides, instructors, staff and transfers are booked against your weeks. You approve one document. Nothing is provisional after this.

0348 hours out

The mountain is read

Snowpack, wind, lift status and forecast are reviewed. If the week needs reshaping, we reshape it and tell you what changed.

04On the ground

One manager, one number

A season manager is in resort for the whole of your stay. Snow report at 06:40. Answers in minutes, not by ticket.

One client word

“The Thursday storm shut the Saulire. By seven we had a revised plan, a guide who knew where the snow was, and lunch moved to a room the children could get to. Nobody in my family noticed anything had changed. That is the whole point.”

Tell us the weeks.
We will tell you what is left.

Most families come to us in March for the following winter. If you are later than that, write anyway — chalets move, and we hold a small reserve for the families already on our books.
